Applications: character details, availability, log links and the text you write; shared only with the staff of the guild you apply to.

IP addresses and access logs, for security.

PURPOSE AND RETENTION

Data is processed to run the site, deliver guild applications and prevent abuse. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted, subject to any legal retention obligations.
